 It is a long time ago I don't post any lost people here (what I call Caretos)...  They are bigger now, and not so easy to scann, but here comes one :)

Dear visitors, I feel bad being out of this blog for soooo long time.. It was a hard work to figure out my new life in Frakfurt, and this process went -still going- slowly: taking my goals and routine again.. but it does not mean, I was not drawing.. I did draw, but not in my atelier in Kreuzberg with my loved people around... I miss them! And here a bit more Caretos...

I decided to start the year with some more "Caretos".

I have been moving from Berlin to Frankfurt. And from Frankfurt to Berlin to take the plane to Spain. And the way back. Asturias, Barcelona, Berlin, Frankfurt. And I am fed up from  packing and sorting all the things in my working place, all the things at home. All the souvenirs from my so intensive long time in Berlin. Saying good bye to friends, and starting all new now... So I am messy. So lets draw Caretos to cure and make my brain healthier :P ( is just a pretext, I love drawing them, without need of arguments :)

"Die Caretos entstanden aus dem beiläufigen Zeichnen und dem Anmischen von Farben währen des Telefonierens. Irgendwann verdichteten sich die Skizzen zu Bildern und es entstanden wilde Schauspiele menschlicher Gemütszustände mit einem Hang ins Absurde und Skurrile, irgendwo unter Wasser oder im Scheinwerferlicht einer Bühne. Die zappelnden und gedrängten Menschen küssen, streiten, grinsen, staunen, starren, lachen oder bangen. So entstanden aufblitzende Momenteindrücke entgleitender Mienen, ein buntes Treiben menschlicher Grimassen – auf spanisch: Caretos."

I am sitting here in my working place, it is dark outside, it is already late!
But I can not leave! (well, I am leaving right now!) because I can not stop.
Sometimes I don't know how to stop doodling and drawing... like a madness, drawing more and more and more!

And now, guess, who is me in the picture??  indeed!
yeah!!! I was kind of.. not the first at all! Not that bad neither, but really few times I left my bottom position! :) I just wanted to control my sheep's flock.
So, there were we: Joachim, Phillip, Sylvia, Sandra and Cati, at the queue, surviving :P

Landscape was really beautiful! And is a nice experience to feel the changing between places at a real speed of cycling.. but we were ridding quite quickly and nearly the whole day so I couldn't stop drawing as much as I would have liked.

Though I bring you a couple of LIFE SKETCHES that I did at arriving to some spot  in our way. Visit my OTHER BLOG HERE.

Three intensive ridding days, two days in Usedom, Baltic Sea, where we attend the "Easter Fire" at the beach and this crazy bunch of people even swam in the frozen water!

PS- You may notice that the men of our trip were more responsible than the girls, who didn't wear helmets!

A True Story

no.. It is not me who is moving..
And sorry, the comic is in spanish.. but it is a real story... about..
...  yes, again good friends moving out Berlin. Back to Spain. They were missing the sun and maybe the fresh fish, or just the family...or just it is time for a change. Again..
But I don't like this feeling, staying so far and good friends moving back! :(

So I drew quite quickly this VERY SHORT SYNOPSIS of these FOUR YEARS of the life that I have been sharing by the side of these good friends, first Martín, who came one year after me to Berlin, and Silvia, one more year later. We have met all here, in Berlin.

It is curious how Life chooses our ways to go on further. Sometimes unexpected...

We will miss a lot the good mood of Martín, and his jokes that always make us laugh in not matter how dramatic situation!
