Illustrations for VOSS flavored water

Near a year ago I started working for the SPRING Design Partners on the Illustrations for the bottles of the new flavored sparkling water by VOSS.

Label for IMBUE - American Vermouth

A couple of months ago I started a comissioned work for IMBUE Cellars based in Oregon (USA).
They wanted two labels for the dry and the sweet Vermouth bottles. This was a very special project and I enjoyed it a lot as they wanted absolutly the whole label, front and back, illustration and text, hand drawing & hand writting... as a hand-crafted product that they offer.
So here is my work, made full of love too!  ;)

Do you recognize the plants in the drawings? there is Chamomile, Juniper, Vanilla, Wormwood, Oranges, Grapes leaves...fully fresh and aromatic! I am looking forward to taste it too, now that Summer is coming!!

And now, guess, who is me in the picture??  indeed!
yeah!!! I was kind of.. not the first at all! Not that bad neither, but really few times I left my bottom position! :) I just wanted to control my sheep's flock.
So, there were we: Joachim, Phillip, Sylvia, Sandra and Cati, at the queue, surviving :P

Landscape was really beautiful! And is a nice experience to feel the changing between places at a real speed of cycling.. but we were ridding quite quickly and nearly the whole day so I couldn't stop drawing as much as I would have liked.

Three intensive ridding days, two days in Usedom, Baltic Sea, where we attend the "Easter Fire" at the beach and this crazy bunch of people even swam in the frozen water!

PS- You may notice that the men of our trip were more responsible than the girls, who didn't wear helmets!

And no-winner Logo...

Afterwards, they ask me to do the logo aswell. At the beggining they didn't have any Idea about what they wanted. I tried different things. Then they propose the idea with an Angel.. Anyway it  was not their taste and didn't work. Thought I show here what I developpe ;)

at last I have a winner Projet at the web 12designers!
it was an "Illusion-Illustration! for an Imbis, showing how colours and stuff could be organised and decorated (the owners told me how they wanted it).

Coffee packaging boxes

I made these Packaging Illustrations for Vironjalor, a french enterprise. I used watercolors and gouaches for the drawings, and I rendered them in 3D views with photoshop.
It was a bit pity that after working all these and expecting the final approvement, the client disappear without saying and paying nothing, also not a thanks. I don't like to say bad things about no one here in a public site, but is the only thing I can do about. I guess I paid also my altruism and inexperience, and next time we should share signed papers between illustration and illustration, and take the whole thing in both sides seriously. Ones word and promises are in those worlds unfortunately not enough!
