Children Book
"Der magische Zaubergarten" is a children book written by Amina Romano and published by Telegonos Verlag. I did the Illustrations for the book, you can find it in German HERE
I did these illustrations first drawing a pencil sketch, and over there with waterfest china ink. Once they were dried I coloured them with subtle watercolour lavish.

Floral Tattoo
I was busy since months ago developing a custom Tattoo with four botanicals for Tina.
Here are the final drawings with pencil and watercolours.
It is the first time I am working on a drawing for a tattoo, that's also why I was being so cautious:
Believing that a tattoo may last "forever" in the skin, makes try to reach the perfect design :)
Here are the final drawings with pencil and watercolours.

Architecture guide
for "Villaseca de Laciana", a village in a valley, in the Mountains of Castilla y León, Spain.
Time ago I illustrated the covers for two biographic books, the two brothers who developed the milk industry also in this region. And it is for the same client that I have now illustrated this architecture catalogue of the urban-architectural history in this village.

Instant of my Easter Trip.
Berlin - Usedom (Baltic sea) cycling.
Me made around 70km per day.
And now, guess, who is me in the picture?? indeed!
yeah!!! I was kind of.. not the first at all! Not that bad neither, but really few times I left my bottom position! :) I just wanted to control my sheep's flock.
So, there were we: Joachim, Phillip, Sylvia, Sandra and Cati, at the queue, surviving :P
Landscape was really beautiful! And is a nice experience to feel the changing between places at a real speed of cycling.. but we were ridding quite quickly and nearly the whole day so I couldn't stop drawing as much as I would have liked.
Though I bring you a couple of LIFE SKETCHES that I did at arriving to some spot in our way. Visit my OTHER BLOG HERE.
Three intensive ridding days, two days in Usedom, Baltic Sea, where we attend the "Easter Fire" at the beach and this crazy bunch of people even swam in the frozen water!
PS- You may notice that the men of our trip were more responsible than the girls, who didn't wear helmets!

Book Cover Illustration for Ventura Alvarado
The other "cheese maker" as I in a funny way call them.
It was not that easy to reach the final and optimal illustrations, because we had two factors:
They should look like the real personage, and there are not many pictures of them. So I had to figure out, for this pose how could they look like. The other thing, was the total ignorance that I had of the tools and instrumental to work with milk. And at this point I counted with the help of the author, who sent me as many pictures of these work tools as I needed.

Book Cover Illustration for Juan Alvarado
At last they are ready!
The illustrations for these interesting biographies of the two brothers, Juan and Ventura Alvarado.
They joined the Free Learning Institution (Institución de Enseñanza libre) which arrived to Spain under the doctrine of Krausism.
But their biggest achievements were in the dairy process in Villablino, a village between León and Asturias. Here started a big development in milk products and machinery which improved the cheese and butter industry across Spain.
The author, Víctor del Reguero, didn´t want they to stay in the obscurity. He and the "Club Xeitu" launched this initiative to publish the book for both biographies.
He entrusted me to do the cover's Illustrations so I learnt more about them and the milk manufacture.
