Autumn Poem N.1

This painting is the first of the project "Autumn Poems". They are Autumn still life drawings of leaves and nuts, with ochre, siena colors on an old vintage book. ("War and Peace" by Leo Tolstoi on a german version).

Berlingots

Esta cajita minuciosa la redibujé en base a un antiquísimo y precioso modelo existente.
La original era mucho más redonda de volumen, y tuve que adaptarla a este otro molde que produce EMDESA, la empresa que me la encargó. Fue un trabajo puntilloso y preciosista que disfruté mucho.
Las cajitas se venden con caramelos Berlingots en Francia, en una abadía de monjas en el pueblo de Moret- sur- Loing.
Ahora me arrepiento de no haber tomado fotos de la original. Así lo sabré para otra vez! :-)
